2019 Summer Academy for MA students at the EUI on Inequality, the welfare state and European solidarity 

Applications are open for the SPS  Summer Academy for MA students on Inequality, the welfare state and European solidarity at the European University Institute.

When: 24th  to the 28th  of June 2019 in Florence.

Deadline for applications: 31st March 2019

The faculty of the 2019 SPS Summer Academy includes Fabrizio Bernardi, Juho Härkönen, Anton Hemerijck, Ellen Immergut and Andrea Sangiovanni.

The week will be divided into five-morning lectures held by the SPS professors, one afternoon visit of the city of Florence, three-afternoon workshops held by postdoctoral fellows, and one external keynote lecture

To be eligible for the SPS Summer Academy 2019, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

          Must be enrolled in or have obtained an MA or equivalent;

          Must be Proficient in English;

          Must have a background in line with this year’s topic

All selected candidates will be entitled to a monetary reimbursement for travel and accommodation up to EUR 400. Participation is open to the selected candidates only and it is free of charge. In addition, all participants will receive lunch vouchers and local transportation tickets.
